How will I feel after my first class/training session?
With your initial session(s), you may feel some soreness. The degree of soreness varies by individual. You may also experience some degrees of soreness at other points throughout your fitness journey. This soreness could be due to new movements being introduced to your program. It is important to note that if you are feeling discomfort or tenderness, please talk to your coach. Adjustment to your training program may need to be made or you may need to seek medical advice.

What time should I arrived to my session?
Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to take advantage of all the benefits of your session(s). Your coach will take you through a series of warm-ups and stretches, these will promote flexibility and mobility in the muscles and joints prior to you starting your session.

what do I need to bring to my session?
A positive attitude and prepared to have fun with fitness.

how many times a week does the typical client work out?
Training frequency varies by individuals, based on goals, time commitments and budget. Clients can train 2-4 times per week. One of the great benefits about in person and virtual training sessions is the convenience and ease to choose what works best for you.

Can men join sessions?
Fit 4 Life Women's Fitness classes was established with the mission of providing a private space for women where they can feel supported and empowered as they work towards their health and fitness goals. Services offered by F4L Women's Fitness are available to women only.

Can sessions be transferred?
Training sessions/classes can not be shared or transferred. Please contact Fit 4 Life Women's Fitness for any further questions.

If I have a friend or family member come from out of town, can they join session(s)?
Yes, absolutely. They are able to join group fitness sessions only and pay the drop in fee.

CAN I JOIN TRIAL CLASS BEFORE MAKING A COMMITMENT?
Yes, Drop in rates are available for the Mother & Daughter Fitness Classes. You may try our services before making a decision to purchase additional sessions. Please contact us for details.

what is the policy for class cancellation, no shows or lateness?
Written communication must be received at least 4 hours prior to the start of class in order to have the missed class "rolled over".

Fitness session/classes are available in person and virtually. Please contact Fit 4 Life Women's Fitness for any further questions.

How do I know if these classes are right for me?
Classes are designed to meet you at your current fitness level. The goal is to create an enjoyable fitness program that will keep you motivated and accountable while conquering your goals and loving the process.

Am I allowed to record or take photos during sessions?
At Fit 4 Life Women's Fitness, we respect the privacy of our clients. Recording and or taking photos of any kind before, during and after class sessions is strictly prohibited.

Who can join the Mother and Daughter Fitness Together Classes?
This class is not exclusive to mothers and daughters. This is a specialized class for women who would like to bond and build positive relationships through fitness with girls (ages 8-12) they think are “rocking Superstars.”

What is the age limit for girls to join the mother daughter fitness together classes?
Girls between the ages of 8 and 12 years old can be accompanied by the strong and powerful women in their lives.

What benefits can I expect from attending Fit 4 Life Women’s Fitness classes?
Light Weight training- to help improve strength, tone (without bulking up) and coordination.
Kickboxing-total body workout which strengthens, increases flexibility as well as improves coordination. Improves cardiovascular fitness, improves muscular strength and endurance. Team building-increases motivation, collaboration, positive reinforcement in a positive and encouraging environment. Speed, Agility, Quickness exercises- Improves coordination and speed.
