Meet Your TrainerHello! I’m Zahrah (Zah-Rah) Ghanim, founder of Fit 4 Life Women's Fitness. As a certified personal trainer specializing in women's fitness, I've supported women in their fitness journeys for over 6 years and have taught cardio kickboxing for the same duration.
My love for fitness began in middle school. It’s been a powerful tool, helping me face life’s challenges and boost my health. I believe fitness should be fun, which is why I love bringing lots of energy and positivity to all my sessions. My mission is to use fitness to positively transform women's lives. I look forward to joining you on your journey. |
