How will I feel after my first class/training session?
With your initial session, you may feel some soreness. You may also experience some degrees of soreness at other points throughout your fitness journey. This soreness is due to new movements being introduced to your program. Soreness is normal during exercise and you should be able to resume your normal daily activities. It is important to note that if you feel something more than discomfort or tenderness for durations lasting longer than 1-2 days after your session, if you are experiencing impairing pain or pain that does not "feel right", that may be an indication that something is wrong. Please talk to your trainer so that the appropriate adjustment to your training sessions can be made.

What time should I arrived to my session?
You should arrive at your session 10 minutes early so that you can ensure that you are on time to take advantage of all the benefits of your session. Your trainer will take you through a proper warm-up and stretches before your session begins, which will prepare your body for the appropriate flexibility and mobility prior to your fitness session beginning.

what do I need to bring to my session?
A positive attitude and prepared to have fun with fitness. Also, a Water, a towel, and equipment. Motivation will be provided for you by your personal trainer - just show up ready, start getting active and taking steps to achieving your goals.

how many times a week does the typical client work out?
Everyone's program is different based on their goal, their time commitment and budget. Clients can train 2-4 times per week. One of the great benefits about live virtual training sessions is that it is convenient and easy for you to join from wherever and whenever.

Can men join sessions?
Fit 4 Life Women's Fitness is designed to provide support and empower women through fitness to help keep them motivated and having fun while reaching their fitness goals.

Can sessions be transferred?
Training sessions/classes can not be shared or transferred. Please contact Fit 4 Life Women's Fitness for any further questions.

If I have a friend or family member come from out of town, can they join session(s)?
They are able to join group fitness sessions only. We are happy to provide them with a discounted drop in rate.

Can I join a free trial class before joining?
Yes, free class sessions are reserved for potential clients to try our services before making a decision to purchase sessions.

what is the policy for class cancellation, no shows or lateness?
Clients who enroll in class(s) but fail to show up during the designated class time will be considered a cancellation and lose the financial investment of that class session(s).
Due to safety considerations and to avoid any disruptions to class, clients who arrive 5 minutes after the start of class will not be permitted to enter the class and will be considered a cancellation. Clients are permitted to cancel class(s) at any time until the scheduled start time of class, however please be aware that any cancellation after 4 hours prior to the class start time will result in a forfeit in financial investment of that class session(s). |
Can I join any in-person session?

How do I know if these classes are right for me?
Classes are designed for women who have been sedentary and need to start a fitness program that will meet them at their current fitness levels while seeing progress and meeting their goals. This class is also for women who have started a fitness program and want an enjoyable program that will keep them motivated and accountable while conquering their goal and loving the process.

Am I allowed to record or take photos during sessions?
No, at Fit 4 Life Women's Fitness, we respect the privacy of our clients. Recording of taking photos of any kind before, during and after class sessions are strictly prohibited.

Who can join the Mother and Daughter Fitness Together Classes?
This class is not exclusive to mothers and daughters. This is a specialized class for women who would like to bond and build positive relationships through fitness with girls (ages 8-12) they think are “rocking Superstars.”

What is the age limit for girls to join the mother daughter fitness together classes?
Girls between the ages of 8 and 12 years old can be accompanied by the strong and powerful women in their lives.
